Our factory is professional to produce different plastic frame to suit different shale shaker machine model, for example Swaco mongoose,Swaco MD-2, Swaco Mamut,Swaco D380 brandt king cobra, VSM300 primary and scalping, FSI5000 ,GNZS703, kemtron 28 Series and so on, We support custom to special specifications.
Currently We has three automatic mechanical inner core arm welding line and two large composite molding line to compose of composite molding frame production workshop.We equipped with a complete composite molding frame molds . According to customer’s  variety of specifications of composite molding mold we can supply high quality Polyurethane Frame.
The mechanical inner core arm welded  has high welding strength, less manual intervention, good quality stability.our composite shaker screens has greatly improve the service life.
